Process Flow

PCBs with mounted components are automatically fed into the chain conveyor system, progressing through flux spraying, preheating, wave-soldering and cooling processes before exiting the system.

Maintain flux specific gravity at 0.83 and replace every 15-30 days
Clean nozzle daily with alcohol to prevent clogging
Regularly check sensors and clean filters 1-3 times daily
Monitor PCB bottom temperature for optimal soldering
Inspect cables regularly to prevent electrical issues
