Process Flow
PCBs with mounted components are automatically fed into the chain conveyor system, progressing through flux spraying, preheating, wave-soldering and cooling processes before exiting the system.
Operation Precautions
- Maintain flux specific gravity at 0.83 and replace every 15-30 days
- Clean nozzle daily with alcohol to prevent clogging
- Regularly check sensors and clean filters 1-3 times daily
- Monitor PCB bottom temperature for optimal soldering
- Inspect cables regularly to prevent electrical issues
- Only trained operators should adjust spray settings
