Stainless Steel HQ290 Open Nut Insert Tube Connector for Gastroscope 150-290

The HQ290 open nut is the insert-tube connector component that anchors the flexible insertion tube to the control body of an Olympus 290-series gastroscope. It is a stainless steel part, and in service terms it is a high-wear item: the nut is loosened and re-tightened every time the insertion tube is serviced, and a worn or deformed nut lets the tube seat incorrectly, which shows up as play at the control section and, in the worst case, as fluid ingress after reprocessing.
