The heavy duty column type load cell is available in different load capacities from  5-500t.The column weight sensor is mainly used in electronic truck scales,dynamic railroad scale, big capacity hopper scale and other electronic weighing systems. The heavy duty load cell WL-144 features non-linearity of 0.02%F.S. and repeatability of 0.01%F.S.. The argon-arc welded design and IP 68 protection of the weight transducer  provides strong resistance to water and corrosion for use in harsh environments. Besides, the load cell WL-144 has strong anti-overload capability and fast dynamic response,enabling it offer highly accurate and stable results.

Packing and Shipping:

The  Load Cell will be carefully packaged and shipped to ensure its safe arrival to your location. The packaging process is as follows:

• The load cell will be placed in a sturdy cardboard box to protect it from any external damage during shipping.
• The box will be filled with foam padding to provide additional cushioning and prevent the load cell from moving around during transport.
• The load cell will be sealed in a plastic bag to protect it from moisture and other environmental factors.
• Additional layers of bubble wrap may be added for extra protection.
• The box will be securely sealed with tape to prevent any tampering.
• A shipping label with your address and the product information will be affixed to the box.
• The package will be shipped using a reliable and trusted courier service.
