Features & Applications

The WL-124 is a shear beam load cell constructed from alloy steel, covering a capacity range from 50kg to 300kg. This shear beam load cell is specifically optimized for parallel connection, enabling seamless integration into multi-sensor configurations. It is primarily used in ultrathin electronic truck scales, single-track crane scales, hopper scales, and can be equipped with weighing modules for tank scales, batching scales, and other industrial weighing systems. Custom cable lengths and options are available upon request.

This shear beam load cell achieves a combined error of ≤±0.05%F.S., non-linearity of ≤±0.05%F.S., and repeatability of ≤±0.02%F.S. Rated output is 2.0±0.01mV/V, zero balance is ±1.00%mV/V, and insulation resistance is ≥5000MΩ/100VDC. With recommended excitation of 10~15 VDC, this sensor provides consistent, repeatable measurements for demanding load cell applications.

The WL-124 offers IP66 protection as standard, with customizable higher ratings. It operates within a temperature range of -10°C to 50°C. The standard cable is Φ5.4mm × 6000mm, and custom lengths can be supplied. Safe overload is 150%F.S. The alloy steel construction delivers high strength and durability, making it suitable for heavy-duty industrial environments.
