The WL-125 is a shear beam load cell manufactured from either alloy steel or stainless steel, covering a wide capacity range from 0.1t (100kg) to 10t. This shear beam load cell is specifically optimized for parallel connection, ensuring consistent output when multiple units are used together. It is widely applied in ultrathin electronic truck scales, single-track crane scales, hopper scales, as well as weighing modules for tank scales, batching scales, and other industrial weighing systems. Custom cable lengths and material selection are available.
This shear beam load cell achieves a combined error of ≤±0.02%F.S., non-linearity of ≤±0.02%F.S., and repeatability of ≤±0.01%F.S. Rated output is selectable between 2.0±0.005mV/V and 3.0±0.005mV/V depending on the capacity. Zero balance is ±1.00%mV/V, and insulation resistance is ≥5000MΩ/100VDC. With recommended excitation of 10~15 VDC, this sensor delivers outstanding accuracy and stability for demanding high-capacity applications.
The WL-125 provides IP67 protection as standard, with customizable higher ratings. It operates within a temperature range of -20°C to 60°C. Standard cable is Φ5.4mm × 3000mm, with custom lengths available. Safe overload is 150%F.S. The option of alloy steel or stainless steel allows users to balance cost and corrosion resistance based on their specific environment.
