This industrial tempering machine prevents LVT flooring deformation after high-temperature paint curing processes. Following UV roller coating, LVT directly enters this tempering line for controlled cooling and stabilization.
- 304 stainless steel inner frame tank with 2.0-2.5mm thickness
- Mesh belt chain center distance: 1415mm with maximum outer width of 1447mm
- 38.1mm chain pitch with small bending plates every 250mm
- 8.0mm rod diameter with welded ends and 1.6mm wire
- 304 material middle sleeve with 12mm outer diameter and 60mm length
- Vacuum extraction suction roller with 8m air drying section
- Four fans installed above and below drying section
- France Schneider brand inverter for precise control

The LVT material progresses through 40m high temperature zone, 15m normal temperature zone, and 15m cold water zone, concluding with water absorption and drying at the machine end to complete the entire tempering process.
