Production Process Overview
The automated system begins with automatic unloading via traction unwinder. The coiled floor surface receives coating application through a secondary roller coating machine, followed by complete paint solidification in a third 6-lamp dryer. The coated material then passes through a cold water tank for temperature control and is finally collected by an automatic reclaimer.
