Working principle of PTC

The working principle of PTC heaters is based on the characteristics of positive temperature coefficient (PTC) thermistors. This heater is composed of PTC ceramic heating elements and aluminum tubes, which have the advantages of low thermal resistance and high heat transfer efficiency. PTC heaters can automatically maintain a constant temperature, save electricity, and will not produce surface redness like electric heating tube heaters in any application, thus avoiding safety hazards such as burns and fires
