Principle of removal:

Like above graphic display, green arrow → shows conveyor direction of qualfied products. Red arrow → shows conveyor direction of bad products. Two-way arrow shows removal direction when remover detects foreign matter of metal.

Applicable range

It is applicable for automatic on-line metal detection and removal to the products with certain span and whole bag weight > 25kg. It is mainly used in food, pharmaceutical, chemical, sanitation supplies etc. It can be custom-made as per bulk and weight of detected products, e.g. whole bag of rice /flour etc

It applies pneumatic drop-leaf removal design. It is applicable for nstallation at the end of production conveyor line to connect with production line. It can fulfll fully automatic on-line metal detection, automatic removal to bad products.
