AT-J500F Metal missed detector (missed desoxidant detector)

Metal missed detector specially prevents from missing desoxidant in food packaging bag.

Product features:

1. It applies electro-magnetic induction, photoelectric sensor technology with high sensitivity and anti-interference capabilties.

2. Probing equipment is composed of drive mechanism, optoelectronic switch, metal detector and control part.

3. Optoelectronic switch is installed at feeding port. If material enters into probing zone and it detects desoxidant, it then passes safely. If no desoxidant, it gives alarm & stop signal.

4. Detected material is delivered by conveyor belt. It can connect with production flow-line for complete use. It automatically detects the flow-line. Missed detector applies acousto-optic alarm. Meanwhile it executes automatic reverse / stop. It is convenient and reliable in operation.
