Product introduction
Alumina filler balls can be divided into medium aluminum balls, medium high aluminum balls and high aluminum balls according to different alumina contents. Generally, we classify 60%-65% alumina content as medium aluminum balls, 75%-80% alumina content is called a medium-high aluminum ball, and more than 90% of the alumina content is a high-aluminum ball. The high aluminum ball is subdivided into 90 porcelain, 92 alumina filler balls, 95 alumina filler balls and 99 porcelain.
Features
The products mainly include high-purity filler balls and ceramic Raxi rings. They are widely used in petroleum, chemical and other industries as tower packing balls and catalyst carriers. They are hydrogenated in petrochemical plants, chemical fiber plants, alkylbenzenes, ethylene plants and natural gas plants. A refining device, a catalytic reforming device, an isomerization device, a demethylation device, or the like is used as a underfill material. It has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, high pressure, low water absorption and stable chemical properties. It can withstand the corrosion of strong acid and alkali and other organic solvents, and can adapt to different temperature changes.
