Performance and purpose:

1. This product is an aluminum zirconium intermediate alloy containing 9.0-11.0% zirconium. It is used for adding zirconium element or refining grain in aluminum alloy melting, with low addition temperature and low zirconium element loss.

2. This product generates a large number of dispersed ZrAl3 high melting point particles in the aluminum liquid. During solidification, they act as foreign crystal nuclei to refine the grain structure, thereby improving the strength and plasticity of the aluminum material or casting, and improving the comprehensive mechanical properties.

Usage:

1. Bake and dry before use.

2. Addition temperature: above 720 ℃.

3. The dosage of this product is determined by calculation and experimentation based on actual conditions.

4. Adding method: Heat up to the required temperature, remove the dross, lightly pour the product into various parts of the aluminum liquid, mix evenly after melting, sample and analyze, and pour after the composition is qualified.

Packaging and storage:

This product is in block shape and has a metallic luster. It is 2-3 kg/block and is packaged in cardboard boxes with a weight of 25 ± 0.25kg/box. Available in waffle blocks of 7-8kg per block, palletized for packaging. Store in a well ventilated and dry place, moisture-proof.
