Performance and purpose:

This product is an aluminum iron intermediate alloy with iron content ranging from 18.0% to 22.0%, used for the addition of iron elements in aluminum alloy smelting. The addition temperature is low, and the composition control is accurate.

Usage:

1. Bake and dry before use.

2. Addition temperature: above 720 ℃.

3. The amount of this product added is determined based on actual calculations and experiments.

4. Adding method: Remove the dross, lightly pour the product into the aluminum liquid, mix evenly after melting, take samples for analysis, and pour after the composition is qualified.
