Description
The Dry Gas Hydrogen Production catalyst SAL-106 are used for the top firing reformer, side fired reformer, heat exchanger reformer and other multitubular reformer with catalyze dry gas, coking dry gas, natural gas, coke oven gas, oil field gas, naphtha, LNG and other hydrocarbon gas to produce ammonia, methanol and hydrogen. Single or mixed gas could be used.
The main reactions are as follows:
CnHm+nH2O → nCO+(n+m/2)H2 (1)
CO+H2O → CO2+H2 (2)
CO+3H2 → CH4+H2O (3)
Industrial Applications
The catalysts are suitable for the system of ammonia, methanol, hydrogen plant using natural gas, coke oven gas, oil field gas, refinery gas naphtha and LNG;
The catalysts are suitable for methane and heavy hydrocarbons hydrogen plant of FCC dry gas and coke oven gas.

Inlet temperature of reformer tube: 480 ~ 520℃
Outlet temperature of reformer tube: 760 ~ 820℃

Radio of H2O(g)/C: 3.5 ~ 6.0
