Iron-Molybdenum Hydrodesulfurization Catalyst SAL-118 is to remove the organic sulfur by converting organic sulfur into inorganic one, so as to achieve the purpose of product purification. It’s a kind of new sulfide removal adsorbent based on Active Iron-Molybdenum oxide as main component. In addition to keeping excellent performance of desulfurization, it has been improved the physical properties.
The main reactions are as follows:
RSH + H2 → RH+H2S R1SR2 + 2H2 → R1H-R2H + H2S
C4H4S + 4H2 → C4H10+H2S COS + H2 → CO + H2S
CS2 + 4H2 → CH4+2H2S
Industrial Applications
The catalyst is suitable for sulfur purification system of natural gas, coke oven gas, oil field gas, naphtha, refinery and dry gas.
