Model:SAL-119
The Nickel-Molybdenum Hydro-desulfurization Catalyst SAL-119 takes sphere shaped aluminum oxide as carrier and Ni-Mo as its main activity components. It’s usually used for gas / oil desulfurization of ammonia plant or hydrogen generation from refinery, hydrotreating conversion and removal of organic sulfur from coke oven gas. Meanwhile, it hydro treats and saturates olefin in the gas.
The main reactions are as follows:
COS + H2 → CO + H2S CS2 + 4H2 → CH4 + 2H2
C2H5SH + H2 → C2H6 + H2S CH3SCH3 + 2H2 → 2CH4 + H2S
C4H4S + 4H2 → C4H10 + H2S CnH2n + H2 → CnH2n+2
Industrial Applications
The catalyst is suitable for sulfur purification system of natural gas, coke oven gas, oil field gas, naphtha, refinery and dry gas;
The catalyst is suitable for producing natural gas from coke oven gas.
