In order to improve the hydrocracking catalyst to meet the market demand, our R&D developed SAL-127 type of hydrocracking catalyst. The catalyst has Ni-W-Mo as the active ingredient on the carrier of composited alumina and special molecular sieve. The catalyst possesses the characteristics of excellent desulfurization, dechlorination and hydrogenation. The product has high crushing strength, and can be regenerated.
The main reactions are as follows:
R-S + H2 → R-H + H2S
R-N + H2 → R-H + NH3
R1-C6H4-R2 + H2 → C6H11-R1 + R2-H
Industrial Applications
The catalyst is suitable for Catalytic diesel oil, Coker diesel oil and VGO;
The catalyst is suitable for gasoline/ diesel oil/ heavy oils hydrocracking device.
