The 5A Molecular Sieve is an aluminosilicate. It is the calcium and potassium form of the type a crystal structure. The pore size of the molecular sieve is 5nm, which could absorb any molecules smaller than the pore size.

The molecular sieve is suitable for removing H2O, CO2, H2S from the mixture gas (including hydrocarbon);
The molecular sieve is suitable for separation of normal or iso chain hydrocarbons;

Regeneration
Elimination of water: According to the regeneration of gas pressure, temperature, water content to develop a regeneration scheme.
Under the normal circumstance, a temperature of 200 ~ 350℃ is required. Regeneration gas at 0.03 ~ 0.05Mpa through the molecular sieve bed (3 ~ 4h), and then make sure the outlet temperature is 110 ~ 180℃, finally, cooling.
Removing organic: water vapor take the place of organic, and then remove water vapor.
