The 13X Molecular Sieve is a sodium type of aluminosilicate. The pore size of the molecular sieve is 9nm, which could absorb any molecules smaller than the pore size.
Industrial Applications
The molecular sieve is used for drying and purification system of industrial gas;
The molecular sieve usually used as catalyse carrier;
The molecular sieve could coadsorb CO2-H2O and H2O-H2S at the air separation plant;
The molecular sieve is also as desiccant for medical and air compressor system;
The molecular sieve could remove the desulfurizztion of liquid hydrocarbons and natural LPG.

Regeneration
Elimination of water: According to the regeneration of gas pressure, temperature, water content to develop a regeneration scheme.
Under the normal circumstance, a temperature of 200 ~ 350℃is required. Regeneration gas at 0.03 ~ 0.05Mpa through the molecular sieve bed (3 ~ 4h), and then make sure the outlet temperature is 110 ~ 180℃, finally, cooling.
Removing organics: water vapor take the place of organic, and then remove water vapor.
Storage and Transportation Packaging
The product is packed in plastic drum or steel drum with plastic bag. It also could use flexible freight bags according to the user needs.
It must be moisture-proof, fire-proof, anti-upright and anti-chemical pollution during transportation and storage. It is strictly forbidden to roll or impact during transportation. In the open air must cover with canvas for rain protection.
