Product Introduction

This product is a new type of product that replaces intermediate alloys. It is a block shaped object made by uniformly mixing pure metal powder and a certain characteristic flux in a certain proportion and pressing it.

Instructions for use

A. Remove the scum on the surface of the molten pool, and uniformly pour the additive into the molten pool at the usual operating temperature (740-750 ℃), and then let it stand for 20-30 minutes.
B. There is no need to weigh before use.

C. All plastic packaging is made of chlorine free film, which can be directly fed into the furnace without generating harmful gases.

D. In order to achieve uniform distribution and complete recovery of alloy elements, the molten pool should be thoroughly stirred after standing, and after 7-15 minutes, the scum should be removed for sampling and analysis of chemical composition.
