Performance and Usage
1. Contains 75% copper, with aluminum powder remaining.
2. Environmentally friendly and pollution-free; The actual yield is greater than 95%.
3. Suitable for adding or adjusting copper (Cu) elements in alloys such as aluminum, zinc, and magnesium.
Usage considerations
1. Addition temperature: ≥ 730 ℃.
2. The reference dosage of this product is calculated using the following formula:

Note: Due to differences in metallurgical conditions between users and heats, the actual yield and added amount should be calculated and determined based on the pre furnace assay data.
Joining method
After the furnace material is melted, stir evenly, and sample for analysis to calculate the amount of copper added. When the melt temperature is reached, remove the surface scum of the melt and disperse the product into various parts of the melt pool (if manganese and iron agents need to be added, they can be added at the same time).
Wait until the reaction is complete, let it stand still for 10 minutes, and stir thoroughly; Only qualified ingredients can be transferred to the next process.
