If you pay attention to the issued certificate, it will contain the name of the organization that issued the certificate. Among them, NYCE should occupy the vast majority of the market in the issuance of certificates for consumer goods, and the NOM certification mark is uniquely marked with the NOM-NYCE mark.

Second point: NOM is the abbreviation of Spanish Norma Official Mexicana, Mexico’s certificate standard. It mainly includes the following parts:

Safety part: Common ones include NOM 001, 003, 019 NOM 063etc

Energy efficiency part: NOM 029, NOM 030, NOM 032 etc
Wireless part: NOM 208
The third point: NMX is the abbreviation of Spanish Normas Mexicanas, which is a standard for testing. For example, although NOM001 certificates are issued for different product categories corresponding to NOM-001-SCFI, the applicable test standards will be different.

Office supplies: monitors, mice, printers, etc. ---NOM 019, NOM-016 (soon to be eliminated)
Communication category products: mobile phones, tablets, etc. ---NOM 208
The same product may need to obtain multiple standard certificates at the same time before it can be sold in Mexico.
