55 - Scrap and waste of plastics except for those having original or alternative use which can be recycled from polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), wither it imported in deteriorated in the following conditions, with the following conditions:
- To be accompanied by a certificate of inspection and review issued by an internationally accredited authority stating that the item does not contain contaminants or components of acquirement of hazardous substances such as toxicity, flammability, reactivity and corrosion levels beyond the approved levels or concentration is sufficient to show one of the these attributes contained in Annex 3 of BASEL convention.
- Items that are allowed to be imported to the factories authorized by the (General Authority for Industrial Development) to engage in recycling of plastic waste activities.
