Requirement/Limits:

Article producers/importers shall notify the ECHA if a contained substance is: ? Identified as being a substances of very high concern (SVHC) and ? Present in the articles at a quantity totally over 1 tonne per year and ? > 0.1% w/w in the entire article; and ? Not already registered for such use in the article
Vendors have a legal obligation to inform Amazon of the presence of any SVHCs in products delivered to Amazon. We therefore request Vendors to provide declaration of Conformity and provide the SVHCs data if substance present in the articles more than or equal to 0.1% w/w in the entire article; Amazon will conduct Audit testing for high risk substances and materials in ACD PT/VT or VCD SCT for below high risk items: i. Lead for metal (plug pin, alloy copper material, etc. ), electronic parts; ii. Lead monoxide (lead oxide), Lead titanium zirconium oxide, Lead titanium trioxide for Plastics, Coatings on textiles, paper, cardboard and paints, metal electronic parts; iii. Bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP), Diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP), Dibutyl phthalate (DBP) for Plastic and coatings; iv: D4, D5, D6 for soft plastic and SCCP for plastic.
