Requirement/Limits:

Shall comply with relevant restrictions on handling of certain chemicals or chemicals in certain products as mentioned in this regulation.
1. two-component epoxy containing bisphenol A or bisphenol A diglycidyl ether;
2. cadmium and ammonium carbonate in fertilisers;
3. plastic particles in cosmetic products,
4. oxo-degradable plastics,
5. chlorinated solvents,
6. mercury;
7. cadmium and mercury in batteries;
8. heavy metals in packaging,
9. ammunition containing lead;
10. detergents containing phosphates, and
11. certain other chemical products and articles hazardous to health or the environment.
 

Product Scope:

Applies to all products
