Requirement/Limits:

If operational manual is provided, the following information shall be included:
a. Name and address of manufacturer or importer.
b. Name of the product
c. Safety measures (if applicable)
d. Instruction for installation, assembly, maintenance and proper use

Manner of labelling:
1. The information regarding the products must be truthful and described and presented in a way not mislead the consumer about the nature and characteristics of products
2. The following information shall be marked on the packaging clearly and precisely in Spanish.
3. When information is expressed in other languages, it must also be appeared in Spanish at least the same size.

NOTE: It is the vendor’s responsibility to meet this requirement.

Product Scope:

All products sold in Mexican territory, includes national manufacturing and also imported.
