The following information shall be provided on product, packaging or instruction manual:
1. Country-of-origin
2. Product characteristics
3. Qualities
4. Quantity
5. Composition
6. Price
7. Warranty
8. Expiry date
9. Manufacturer's name and address
10. Health and safety risks to consumers

The information shall be clear and comprehensive, and written in Portuguese. Imported products shall bring in its packaging a label with explanations written in Portuguese and the consumer may require instruction manuals also in Portuguese.

Name and address of manufacturer shall be provided on packaging or instruction manual if the product is offered or sold via telephone or mail.

NOTE: It is the vendor’s responsibility to meet this requirement.

Applies to all products
