Basic Introduction
According to the "Regulations on Compulsory Product Certification Management" issued by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China, toy products listed in the "Product Catalog for the Implementation of Compulsory Product Certification" shall not be shipped, sold, imported or used in other business activities without obtaining a compulsory product certification certificate and without the China Compulsory Certification Mark since June 1, 2007. CCC certification is mandatory for both domestic and imported sales.
According to the "Measures for the Supervision and Management of Commodity Quality in the Circulation Field", since May 1, 2016, physical stores and online shopping products will be uniformly included in the scope of commodity quality supervision in the circulation field, and online and offline operators will be treated equally and commodity quality supervision will be uniformly carried out.
According to the announcement of the National Certification and Accreditation Administration, LCS has passed the review and has been shortlisted as a designated laboratory for compulsory 5 types of toy product certification. The designated business scope includes: electric toys, plastic toys, metal toys, projectile toys, and doll toys.
