Application process

1. Preliminary inquiry

The customer proposes the certification requirements and provides basic information. We evaluate the product functions, structures, test items and standards. The customer completes the "inquiry form" with us, which will serve as the basis for further certification work.

2. Quotation and contract signing

According to the corresponding functions of the product, the test items and standards are evaluated. After the customer and we reach a consensus on the certification matters, the two parties sign the certification contract.

3. Provide information and samples

The customer provides product information according to the requirements of the engineer, such as product manual, schematic diagram, block diagram, silk screen diagram, number position diagram, BOM table, etc., and provides the corresponding number of samples according to the test items, which are required to be consistent with the shipped products.

4. Product testing & certification

We receive the samples and make a preliminary analysis of the products. Relying on advanced testing and rich experience in product certification operations, we strictly conduct various tests in accordance with the test standards. After the test is qualified, a qualified report is issued and an application certificate is submitted. If the test is unqualified, the fifth step of rectification will be carried out.

5. Countermeasures and rectification

For product defects caused by product design, component selection, manufacturing and other issues found during the testing process, countermeasures and rectification are carried out with reference to design data and actual products. Proposing rectification plans is part of the one-stop testing service.
