It is ideal for preserving the integrity of precision wafers such as Si, quartz, LiNbO3, and more during shipping and storage, preventing damage and contamination. One of its additional advantages is its convenience for cleaning and assembling.
- Design Features
Each single wafer box consists of a spider ring for pressure retention, a lid, and a base case. The conical base of the carrier case supports the wafers at the edges only, keeping them secure during transport. The wafers are held in place by a spider spring and a locking lid.

- Seal the box securely with tape
