225x38mm scaffold board means the scaffold board is in 225mm width and 38mm in thickness.
This size of the scaffold board is without plank hooks and with plain ends on both sides. It is required mostly in tube and clamp scaffold systems.
In construction, the 38mm scaffold planks are fixed by board clamps like board retaining couplers(BRC clamps), limpet clamps(mushroom clamps), etc. The scaffold fittings height needs to match up with the 38mm thickness.
