A motorcycle disc pad, also known as a brake pad, is a crucial component of the motorcycle's disc brake system. It is the part that creates friction against the brake rotor to slow down or stop the motorcycle.

   The disc pads are responsible for generating the friction necessary to slow down or stop the motorcycle when the brakes are applied. When the rider squeezes the brake lever or pedal, hydraulic pressure is transmitted to the brake caliper, which then presses the disc pads against the brake rotor. The resulting friction between the disc pads and rotor converts kinetic energy into heat, gradually reducing the motorcycle's speed.
