We used PE/EVOH/PE to make this recyclable stand up pouch, since the PE has a tensile strength, it is not easily to tear, we normally add a laser score to help the pouch to tear smoothly.

For rotogravure printing, our MOQ is only 5000pcs, and we can print up to 10 colors for recyclable pouches. We can make different types of pouch, such flat bottom pouch, stand up zipper pouch, spout pouch, flat pouch, and etc. We can also add many different process on the pouch, like laser score, valve, pocket zipper, child-proof zipper, tin tie, Spot UV, hot foil stamping to help your products more attractive.
