M1020A centerless grinding machine for grinding slender cylindrical workpieces
The M1020A is suitable for grinding slender cylindrical workpieces, short shafts without center holes, and nested workpieces. When cutting into the grinding, radial feed is achieved by the movement of the guide wheel frame or the grinding wheel frame, which is suitable for grinding workpieces with shoulders or bosses, as well as cones, spheres or other workpieces whose curves are curved. Centerless grinding machines have high productivity, and are easy to automate with various loading and unloading devices. Most of them are used for mass production and can be operated by less skilled workers.

1. The machine layout adopts the guide wheel frame to move on one side.
2. The grinding wheel shaft adopts an overhanging structure, which is convenient to replace the grinding wheel.
3. The guide wheel shaft adopts multi-plate dynamic pressure oil film bearing, and the speed regulation adopts AC frequency conversion stepless speed regulation.
