Body and components are cast from Milhanna high-grade FC30 cast iron, undergoing artificial normalized heat treatment and natural aging. Components processed using world-class equipment from YASDA, MITSUI SEIKI, TOSHIBA, and ELB with single clamping processing, achieving micron-level precision for high-accuracy equipment foundations.
Machine guide rails and precision ball screws feature continuous automatic lubrication for extended service life and maintained accuracy. The cooling system is separated from the body to eliminate vibration and enhance heat dissipation.
Equipped with Siemens 828D CNC automatic grinding system with secondary development, featuring user-friendly operation interface. Multiple optional equipment available including inner hole grinding device, automatic end measuring device, and automatic outside diameter measuring device.
Composed of V and flat track precision hand-crafted components with automatic lubrication and C3 level precision grinding ball screw, ensuring smooth movement, excellent repeated positioning accuracy, and long track life.
Standard configuration features rear four and rear two bearing structure. Optional high-precision dynamic and static pressure spindle offers superior rotation precision, dynamic stiffness, vibration resistance, grinding efficiency, and surface quality. Grinding wheel speed adjustable up to 3500 RPM and 60m/s for specialized workpiece requirements.
Rigid and robust design with hardened alloy steel sliding cylinder encrusted in cast iron body, carrying MT4 top core. Jacking force easily adjustable via rear knobs. Optional oil pressure tail seat with pedal for convenient workpiece unloading.
Siemens numerical control system standard configuration with secondary development, featuring all-Chinese operation interface for ease of use. Equipped with Siemens high-performance servo motor for optimal system compatibility, including automatic sand repair and automatic compensation functions to ensure feed and grinding stability and precision.
