 Buttonhole Elastic Production Process 

Buttonhole elastic is an accessory material used to adjust the size of clothes. Its production process generally includes the following steps:
Prepare raw materials: The main raw materials of elastic bands are latex yarn, low elastic yarn, etc.
Make the base layer: adhere the bamboo charcoal fiber layer, elastic fiber layer and TPU film to the bottom of the main body of the elastic band in sequence, and then seal it through the lower base layer.
Open buttonholes: Open four sets of buttonhole slots evenly above the main body of the elastic band.
Install the connecting device: Install the connecting device at the bottom of the elastic band main body. Through the design of the first magnet and the second magnet, the device is tightened during the installation process.
