Hot Dipped Galvanized Steel Sheet in Coil (GI coil) is the result of passing full-hard sheets that have gone through an acid washing process and rolling process through a zinc pot. Consequently, a zinc film is applied to the sheet's surface. This coating grants the metal with excellent corrosion resistance, whilst also providing paintable and workable properties due to the characteristics of zinc. Generally speaking, hot dipped galvanized steel sheet and galvanized steel coil's process and specification are alike.
Features:
The Galvanizing steel production line of the company is one of the most advanced one, with an annual output of 200000 tons. It adopts the most advanced American GBNB and Germany's Siemens electrical control systems. It can produce three kinds of steel spangle:ZERO zinc spangle, small-zinc spangle and common zinc spangle. The basic parameters of the finished products include thickness from 0.125 mm to 4.5mm, width from 500 mm to 1250 mm, and zinc coating from 40 - 275 g/m2. In addition, surface passivation and oil coating can also be performed.
In order to meet customers' different requirements on the width, the company also introduces a slitting machine. And in order to diversify its product type, the company has purchased Two roll-formed machines. These two machines can help to produce wave roofing sheet and Trapezoidal corrugated sheet. The finished products are widely used in buildings, bridges, high way guardrail and other industry.
