Product Description:
The hot dipped galvanized steel sheet in coil (GI coil) is created by passing a full-hard sheet through an acid-washing process and subsequently rolling it through a zinc pot, covering its surface with a protective layer of zinc. This zinc coating gives the steel its characteristics of being highly corrosion resistant, paintable, and workable, all due to zinc's natural properties. Typically, hot dipped galvanized steel sheets and coils have the same processes and specifications.
Features:
The galvanizing steel production line has an annual output capacity of 200000 tons. It is equipped with highly advanced American GBNB and German Siemens' electrical control systems. Using this production line, one can produce steel with zinc spangles of different types, such as no zinc spangle, small zinc spangle and common zinc spangle.
The thickness of steel produced can range from 0.125mm to 4.5mm, while the width can go from 500mm to 1250mm. Moreover, the zinc coating of the produced steel can range from 40g/m2 to 275g/m2. The production line also supports surface passivation and oil coating.
To offer more flexibility to customers, a slitting machine is also in use, which can meet the customers' different requirements on the width. Besides, two roll-formed machines are also available, which can produce wave roofing sheet and Trapezoidal corrugated sheet.
