Hot Dipped Galvanized Steel Sheet in Coil (GI coil) is produced by passing the Full Hard sheet with acid washing process through the zinc pot, which applied zinc film to the surface. This process gives it superior properties, such as having excellent corrosion resistance, paintability, and workability.
Usually, hot dipped galvanized steel sheet and galvanized steel coil process and specifications are basically the same. The zinc film on the surface will form a special passivation layer that is strong against corrosion and wear, which further protect the steel from rust and erosion.

Our Galvanized Steel Production Line utilizes the most advanced American GBNB and German Siemens electrical control systems. This line can provide galvanized steel products with an annual output of 200,000 tons and a thickness range of 0.125 mm to 4.5 mm. The width range is 500 mm to 1250 mm and the zinc coating ranges from 40 to 275 g/m2. The surface passivation and oil coating procedures are also available.
In addition, this line also introduces a slitting machine in order to satisfy the various width requirements of our customers. There are also two roll-formed machines specifically for the production of wave roofing sheet and Trapezoidal corrugated sheet.
