Hot Dipped Galvanized Steel Sheet in Coil (GI coil) is produced by an advanced production process, which involves the passing of the Full Hard sheet through an acid washing process and then put it inside the zinc pot, causing the zinc film to be applied to the surface.
This type of material has excellent corrosion resistance, paintability and workability due to Zinc’s own characteristic. It is worth noting that the process and specifications of hot dipped galvanized steel sheet and galvanized steel coil are basically the same.
Features:
The Galvanizing steel production line is a large-scale manufacturing facility with an annual output of 200000 tons. Advanced American GBNB and German Siemens electrical control systems are equipped in the production line. The produced steel products are available in two types of zinc spangle surface, including ZERO zinc, small-zinc and common zinc spangle. Moreover, the thickness varies from 0.125 mm to 4.5mm, and the width range from 500 mm to 1250 mm, while zinc coating varies from 40 - 275 g/m2. In addition, you could also find a slitting machine and two roll-formed machines, which can produce additional materials like wave roofing sheet and Trapezoidal corrugated sheets.
The production line also offers other related services, such as surface passivation and oil coating. Therefore, customers can enjoy a more efficient and high-quality service.

Packaging and Shipping of Galvanized Coil SteelGalvanized Coil Steel is typically packaged in strong, durable, weather-resistant cardboard boxes, or wooden crates for larger orders. Packaging is designed to protect the steel from any possible damage during the shipping process. The steel should be protected inside a wrapping of plastic or other material to further protect it. The boxes or crates should be clearly labeled with the type and quantity of steel contained inside, along with shipping and handling instructions. Galvanized Coil Steel is typically shipped via truck or train, depending on the size of the order and the distance it needs to travel.
