Color coated coil has light weight, beautiful and good anti-corrosion properties, and can be directly processed, mainly used in advertising, construction, home appliance industry, electrical industry, furniture industry and transportation industry.

Color coated coil is hot galvanized plate, hot galvanized aluminum zinc plate, galvanized plate and other substrates, the surface pretreatment (chemical degreasing and chemical conversion treatment), on the surface coated with a layer or several layers of organic coating, and then after baking curing products.

Using Hot Dip Galvanized Steel Coil as the substrate, PPGI is made by first going through surface pretreatment, then the coating of one or more layers of liquid coating by roll coating, and finally baking and cooling. The coatings used including polyester, silicon modified polyester, high-durability, corrosion-resistance and formability.

Common RAL Colors, You can choose the customized color you want and produce according to the RAL color.
