Production process:

 
Extrusion Machine: This machine is used to extrude plastic granules or pellets into a continuous plastic film, which serves as the raw material for making heavy-duty bags.

Woven Bag Loom: Heavy-duty bags are often made from woven polypropylene (PP) fabric. Woven bag looms weave the plastic film into a woven fabric, providing strength and durability to the bags.

Printing Machine: Some heavy-duty bags may require printing for branding, product information, or safety labels. Printing machines allow for customization and printing directly onto the woven fabric.
​
Bag Cutting and Sewing Machine: After printing (if required), the woven fabric is cut into individual bag panels and sewn together to form the final bags. Bag cutting and sewing machines automate this process and ensure precise cutting and stitching.
​
Gusseting Machine (Optional): Some heavy-duty bags may feature gussets, which are triangular inserts that expand the bag's capacity. Gusseting machines fold and insert gussets into the bags during the manufacturing process.

Lamination Machine (Optional): For added strength and moisture resistance, heavy-duty bags may undergo lamination, where a protective film is applied to the woven fabric. Lamination machines automate this process.

Printing Plate Making Equipment (if applicable): If the bags require customized printing, printing plate making equipment is used to create the printing plates used in the printing process.

Quality Control Equipment: Throughout the production line, various quality control equipment such as tension testers, thickness gauges, and visual inspection systems ensure that the bags meet quality standards and specifications.
