About us:
Our factory has been manufacturing extrusion lines for over 20 years ,we also produce copper buncher, cable twisting machine, copper drawing machine.Until now we have exported some production lines to Pakistan, iraq,Tunisia, Algerial, Egypt, India, Afghanistan,Nigeria, Sudan, we are still working on other country.

Characteristics:
It is suitable for the production of fluoroplastics such as FEP (polyfluoroethylene propylene, also known as F46), FPA (oxidized alkoxyethylene resin) and ESFE (also known as F40).
Screw barrel: all adopt the new No. 3 steel GH113 (same as American GDA material) for corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance or imported Hastelloy gold steel.
Machine head: special non-adjustable machine head or adjustable machine head made of new No. 3 gold steel GH113 or Microdia machine head and vacuum device imported from Switzerland.
Heating system: high temperature resistant cast copper alloy heater is used.
Quality control: Equipped with external diameter detection feedback device, Japanese TAKIKAWA concave-convex tester to control the outer diameter of the product in the whole process, British BETA water capacitance tester, high-frequency spark machine and concentricity and other process parameters.
