1. Extrusion mould/die includes two parts:Ram head and stock mold
2. The role of ram head
The ram head is a major part of the extrusion plastic molding machine, it makes the molten plastic from extruder by spiral movement into a straight line movement.
And further, to produce the necessary forming pressure, ensure parts is close-grained, to gain the continuous profiles to cross section shape is consistent.
3. The role of stock mold
Usually adopts the method of cooling , pressure or vacuum,make the given shape from the mouth mould of plastic extruder stabilized.Then finishing the given shape,so obtain section size more accurate and surface more bright plastic product.
4. Our produdct the electric/wire extrusion mould is one kind of extrusion mould.
When the metal conductor is monofilament or multi-strand wire, extrusion products is electric/wire.
When the metal conductor is a bundle of mutual insulation wire or irregular conductor, extrusion products for the cable
