The CW61 Series Heavy Duty Universal Metal Horizontal Lathe Machines are engineered for precision turning operations on cast iron, steel, and medium to large non-ferrous metal workpieces. These industrial lathes deliver exceptional performance for external cylindrical surface turning, internal hole and end face turning, and processing of various metric, inch, module, and diametrical pitch threads.

- High-Strength Bed Construction: Manufactured from high-grade gray cast iron using resin sand molding with sealing sand structure. Features three rectangular flat guide rails with high-frequency quenching and grinding technology. Bed upper width: 1600mm with bottom chip removal system.
- Precision Spindle System: Two-point spindle support with precision bearings. Transmission gears undergo high-frequency quenching and grinding with tooth top edge trimming. Powerful oil lubrication system with reliable labyrinth sealing.
- DC Motor Drive: Main transmission powered by DC motor with flexible coupling connection for superior mechanical performance.
- Advanced Tailstock Design: Upper body with tailstock spindle and centerline adjustment, lower body with quick movement and locking mechanisms. Built-in top structure with separate motor drive for sleeve movement.
