• Our machine offers high precision, with a minimum unit set at 0.001mm. The X-axis repeat positioning accuracy is 0.010mm, and the Z-axis repeat positioning accuracy is 0.012mm.
• With high hardness and excellent rigidity, our machine's guide rails and saddle rails are made from special materials and undergo audio quenching. The hard rail and high-frequency quenching result in superior wear resistance, durability, and consistent processing accuracy.
• The machine is highly stable, thanks to its high-strength cast iron construction and the addition of copper and chromium special materials. The bed rail has a quenching depth of 4mm and a hardness of 52° or higher, effectively enhancing wear resistance and stability.
• The machine features centralized automatic lubrication for the guide rails and screws, allowing for flexible movement and reducing heat distortion. This ensures precision and stability during operation.
• Our machine operates with low noise levels, as the gears undergo precision grinding to improve hardness and reduce noise.
