B5032 CNC Slotting Machine Overview
The B5032 CNC Slotting Machine is a precision vertical slot cutting tool designed for interpolation plane operations, forming surfaces, and keyway machining. This industrial-grade equipment can process inclined surfaces up to 10° and is ideal for single or small batch production environments.
Key Applications
This vertical slotting machine processes grooves in workpieces through vertical reciprocating motion. The workpiece on the worktable performs longitudinal, lateral, or rotational movements while the slotting tool reciprocates up and down to create precise slots. Unlike horizontal planers, this vertical configuration offers superior productivity and accuracy for internal keyways, spline holes, flat surfaces, square holes, and polygonal openings.
