The worktable consists of the worktable base, worktable, spindle components, and transmission device. Manufactured from high-strength low-stress cast iron, it ensures sufficient rigidity, strength, and thermal stability. The worktable spindle bearing utilizes high-precision double row short cylindrical roller bearings, guaranteeing precise rotation and extended operational life.
The machine employs a vertical shaft transmission system as its primary drivetrain. Powered by an AC servo motor driving the spindle, the gearbox enables mechanical two-gear transformations through cylinder shifting, allowing the worktable to achieve stepless speed regulation within the range of 0.63-63r/min.
