Manufactured from 6063-T5 / 6061-T6 aluminum alloy, it delivers reliable performance in structural glazing and architectural cladding projects.Aluminum gaskets are used for metal leveling, pressure bearing, and load balancing.

Features

1.High strength, good rigidity, not easily deformed under compression : used for leveling and transmitting concentrated loads, with stable thickness, suitable for bearing the self weight of curtain walls and wind loads; Distinguish EPDM rubber gaskets (flexible, unable to adjust elevation under long-term pressure).
2.Lightweight : The density is much lower than that of steel gaskets, reducing the weight of curtain wall connectors.
3.Resistance to atmospheric corrosion: Natural oxide film on the surface of aluminum alloy; After anodizing, the weather resistance is further improved, making it suitable for outdoor use.
4.High processing accuracy: It can be precisely cut, and multiple pieces can be stacked to fine tune the installation elevation, solving the deviation of embedded parts in the main structure.
5. High thermal conductivity: does not have thermal insulation or insulation capabilities, and cannot be used as a thermal bridge blocking gasket.
