The PP Strap Production Line is a fully automated, cost-effective manufacturing solution for high-toughness polypropylene strapping, ideal for medium-duty industrial packaging and logistics load securing.
Equipped with mature extrusion and multi-stage stretching technology, the line delivers PP straps with stable dimensional accuracy, uniform texture and reliable toughness.
PP strapping is a cost-effective, safe and corrosion-resistant alternative to steel strapping, with an ideal strength-to-weight ratio and flexible performance for general cargo bundling.

Production Process

This line integrates all manufacturing procedures into a fully automated continuous production process:
Raw Material Feeding → Plastic Extrusion → Cooling & Forming → Multi-Stage Stretching → Heat Setting → Embossing → Optional Printing → Automatic Winding
